Sr Information Security Analyst - Insider Risk

Role: Insider Risk Analyst supporting Regeneron's Data Protection & AI Security pillar, focusing on insider data risk, intellectual property protection, and employee risk procedures. Responsibilities: support detection, triage, and case management of insider threats; monitor sensitive research data and assets; collaborate on employee-risk procedures with HR and Legal; maintain case documentation and support investigations with confidentiality; contribute to insider-risk reporting and metrics. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Criminal Justice, or related field; 4+ years in security, insider risk, or investigations; experience with insider-risk detection, case management, and working with HR/Legal; familiarity with insider signal indicators and data protection concepts. Preferred: experience with insider-risk tools (DLP, UEBA), investigations, e-discovery, regulated industry experience, and relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CFE).
