Sr. HRIS Specialist- Adaptive Planning preferred

Role: Senior Workforce Planning and Analytics Lead responsible for designing and managing Workday solutions supporting enterprise headcount planning and workforce insights. Core responsibilities include configuring Workday Adaptive Planning for headcount and scenario modeling, developing and maintaining data pipelines in Workday Prism Analytics, and creating dashboards and reports for actionable workforce analytics. The role partners with HR, Finance/FP&A, and IT to ensure data accuracy, security, and usability while supporting planning cycles and forecast accuracy. Qualifications: BS/BA with 4+ years or Master’s with 2+ years experience in HRIS, workforce analytics, or enterprise planning, with proven expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning, Prism Analytics, and advanced reporting. Strong understanding of HR and financial planning, data governance, and proficiency in SQL and data modeling are required; Workday certifications are preferred.
