About The Role:
Sr. Manager, Marketing will lead development and execution of HCP marketing strategies to support growth objectives in CAH, engaging CAH centers of excellence, adrenal specialists, high-volume endocrinologists, and KOLs through insights-driven, brand-aligned initiatives.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
- Contribute to brand strategy (Annual Brand Plan, HCP Engagement Plan, budget allocation)
- Partner cross-functionally to define HCP segmentation, align messaging/tactics, and support field tools, training, and execution
- Design and execute omnichannel HCP engagement strategies; use data to measure and optimize performance
- Lead scientific engagement (KOL strategy, speaker bureau, peer-to-peer programs); build relationships with key HCPs
- Oversee brand presence at congresses/meetings; support field-led educational initiatives
- Develop compliant HCP marketing content translating complex scientific data
- Manage external agencies and budgets; ensure timely, high-quality execution and accurate financial tracking
- Collaborate with Legal/Compliance, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient teams, Field, Global to ensure alignment and execution
- Monitor market trends/competition/customer insights to guide strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product, disease area, and treatment landscape
- Lead/prioritize complex cross-functional initiatives; exercise independent judgment
- Influence stakeholders; mentor others and support key internal initiatives

Requirements:
- BS/BA in marketing or life sciences + 8+ years pharmaceutical product marketing/sales/agency experience (Agency of Record); Endocrinology and/or rare diseases a plus
- OR MBA preferred + 6+ years
- OR PharmD/PhD + 4+ years

Skills/Qualifications:
- Leadership and mentoring; able to lead multiple teams
- 3+ years HCP marketing experience
- Strong communication/storytelling/presentation; analytical problem-solving
- Deep understanding of HCP promotion and field sales adoption drivers
- Ability to develop differentiated, compliant messaging with clinical credibility
- Strong project management; experience managing agencies, budgets, and complex plans
- Cross-functional influence without authority
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Compensation/Benefits (included):
- Annual base salary: $158,100.00–$216,000.00; annual bonus target 30% of base; eligibility for equity long-term incentive
