Position Overview
Senior Manager responsible for end-to-end Enterprise Functions planning quality, master data governance, and execution of the long-range financial plan. Primary business owner for TM1 and Anaplan planning environments; drives automation/simplification and ensures data integrity/scalability aligned to Global Finance and SigniFi roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Enterprise Functions planning systems (TM1: Global Functions, CHQ, Cost Center Enrichment; and Anaplan) for forecast, actuals, and long-range plan.
- Own TM1 roadmap; manage transition impacts to Anaplan, including decommissioning CHQ/GF TM1 post-Anaplan MVP2 go-live.
- Serve as Master Data Architect; final approver for structural master data and aligned security structures.
- Lead MDG tool implementation and governance/approval strategy.
- Partner on SigniFi and A&D integration, SOP migration, and legacy decommissioning.
- Drive automation/simplification, user training, and reporting support.
- Lead Long Range Financial Planning (LRFP) and enterprise benchmarking; frame LRFP to Senior Finance Leaders.
- Lead COE/FFL forums and manage Enterprise Functions LT meeting agendas and playbook.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs in finance/accounting/related field (required).
- MBA/CPA/CMA (preferred).
- 5+ years finance/accounting with strong knowledge of financial processes and ERP systems.
- Prior supervisory experience; people development.
- Advanced Excel modeling (pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups).
- Proactive, relationship-building, strong communication/storytelling; influence senior cross-functional stakeholders.
- Preferred: Alteryx/Tableau; advanced data automation/visualization.
Benefits (highlights)
Base pay range: $122,000β$212,750. Eligible for medical/dental/vision, life/disability, 401(k)/pension, long-term incentive; time off includes vacation, sick time, holidays, parental leave, and other stated leave benefits.
Work Location
New Brunswick, NJ (hybrid; in office 3 days/week).
