About The Role
- Responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Field Reporting Systems.
- Optimize data management, vendor coordination, and business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights to field teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align field reporting with broader business objectives.
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to)
- Lead strategic management of specialty pharmacy source data and business rules for field reporting.
- Provide guidance on CRM data reporting, Digital Marketing, Omnichannel, and tertiary pharmaceutical sales data analysis.
- Support data education to ensure accurate data handling and usage.
- Collaborate with Data Management for seamless integration and timely data delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and lead projects for field-facing reporting initiatives.
- Review data and reports in field reporting systems for relevancy to key stakeholders.
- Provide ad-hoc reports at national, regional, and territory levels.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely project execution and resource alignment.
- Address and resolve data inquiries related to field reporting systems.
- Develop and execute training for field reporting BI platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
- Analyze data using business intelligence platforms; create dashboards and reports to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and field teams.
- Leverage pharmacy claims adjudication experience to enhance reimbursement processes.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and presentations.
- Demonstrate strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Marketing, or related field and 8+ years of sales operations experience in biotech/pharma, including significant work in sales incentive compensation; managerial/functional management experience required OR
- Masterโs degree or MBA strongly preferred and 6+ years of similar experience.
Required/Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical data flows (CRM, specialty pharmacy, HUB services, patient journey data).
- Working knowledge of data governance, data quality standards, and best practices for rare disease analytics.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of BI methodologies, reporting frameworks, and dashboard development.
- Familiarity with omnichannel engagement concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and partner with technical teams.
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to identify trends and interpret metrics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
- Rare disease experience preferred (not required).
- Anticipate business/industry issues and recommend process/technical/service improvements.
- Leadership/mentoring, project management, and strong communication/problem-solving skills.
