Sr. Event Specialist

Role: Senior Event Specialist responsible for developing and executing strategic event plans to support Evolus' brand and business objectives. Responsibilities include managing large-scale events, conferences, customer engagement programs, and experiential marketing initiatives; overseeing budgets; negotiating vendor contracts; and leading cross-functional teams involving Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and other stakeholders. The role emphasizes designing attendee engagement strategies, analyzing event performance, and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; 4+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or conference management; proven success managing complex, high-budget events and vendor negotiations; strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or regulated industries, familiarity with medical/regulatory review processes, and proficiency with event platforms like Cvent or Swoogo. The position is based in Newport Beach on a hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesday-Thursday) with up to 25% travel.
