Sr. Event Specialist

Role: Senior Event Specialist responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Evolus' corporate and industry events to support brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial goals. Core responsibilities include developing event strategies aligned with business objectives, managing budgets, negotiating vendor contracts, and leading cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory. The role involves designing attendee engagement initiatives, analyzing event performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields, with 4+ years in event marketing, experiential marketing, or conference management. Proven experience managing large-scale events with significant budgets, vendor negotiations, and program measurement. Skills: project management, stakeholder influence, analytical acumen, and strong communication. Preferred: experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or regulated industries, familiarity with medical review processes, and proficiency with event platforms like Cvent or Swoogo. High-Value: exposure to regulated environments, experience managing national conferences/tradeshows, and event technology expertise. Work setup: hybrid onsite in Newport Beach (Tues-Thurs), with up to 25% travel.
