Sr. Engineering Technician

Role: Senior Engineering Technician supporting manufacturing operations in a regulated biotech environment. Objectives: ensure equipment readiness, troubleshoot issues, support qualifications/validations, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities: provide hands-on technical support, execute IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, maintain compliant documentation, assist investigations, and cross-functionally collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and R&D teams. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; 6-8 years supporting manufacturing in regulated industries (medical device, pharma, biotech); 2+ years troubleshooting and supporting equipment; experience executing equipment validations; knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and Quality Systems. Preferred: Associate degree, technical certification, cleanroom experience.
