Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form videos, promos, sizzles, interviews, and social content with strong narrative structure, pacing, and cinematic quality.
- Build/design motion graphics, animations, logos, patterns, and dynamic visual elements.
- Handle color correction, audio mixing, sound design, and final delivery across platforms.
- Manage media organization/naming/archival systems and elevate iconik performance.
- Lead post-production tracking/workflow systems; act as finishing producer to ensure precise organization, monitoring, and delivery.
- Help implement AI tools to improve post workflow and creative output.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose improvements.
- Present ideas to cross-functional partners; contribute and iterate with feedback.
- Ensure platform-specific quality standards (compression, aspect ratios, LUTs, export settings).
- Support shoots as needed (basic lighting, cameras, on-set media management).
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 5+ years editing and post production experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio (storytelling, motion design, polished execution).
- Experience with video for digital, social, events, and brand campaigns.
- Familiarity with media management platforms (Iconik a plus).
- Strong understanding of brand consistency.
- Collaborative communication; ability to work remotely with discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fashion/beauty/pharma experience (plus).
- Prior design/marketing agency experience.
- 3D design experience (plus).
- Basic physical production knowledge (cameras, lighting, photography).
- Bachelorβs in Graphic Design/Visual Design or equivalent.
