Role: Senior Scientific Leader as PSTS Neuroscience Disease Area Lead, responsible for shaping and integrating disease-specific scientific strategy across discovery through registration phases within Johnson & Johnson. Responsibilities: oversee scientific planning, risk management, and strategic development; serve as primary liaison between PSTS and therapeutic area teams; provide technical expertise, mentorship, and regulatory insight; drive external visibility and cross-functional alignment across neuro programs. Requirements: Ph.D. with 10+ years of industry experience, deep expertise in neuro drug development, regulatory sciences, and PSTS processes; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; experience in neuro therapeutics (e.g., CNS disorders), early development stages, and regulatory interactions. Preferred: additional advanced degrees (MD, DVM), board certifications (e.g., DABT, DACVP), and experience with neuro discovery, diligence, and external collaborations.
