Role Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution for US Commercial AI strategy across Blueprint pillar(s) with Business Unit Presidents and EVP/Chief Commercial Officer (+LT).
- Own and define the AI product roadmap for US Commercial domains; align to enterprise priorities, value commitments, regulatory requirements, and technology standards.
- Partner with Product Owners to define and prioritize detailed product capabilities; define and execute product design and delivery principles.
- Manage a meaningful budget and support delivery of enterprise commercial savings targets.
- Serve as POC for Commercial domains on AI initiatives; enable pod reuse of domain agents to maximize scalability/efficiency.
- Lead and develop a team of ~6+ Senior Director-level Product Owners; foster innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Partner with Commercial, Digital, and Analytics teams to integrate AI solutions; deliver executive presentations; drive stakeholder engagement and change management.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards; embed best practices for AI development/deployment; support evolution of the portfolio operating model.
- Define AI product goals, success metrics, and KPIs; monitor performance and continuously optimize.
- Own ELT-level impact story and deliver measurable business outcomes via AI insights/automation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (required); advanced degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or related (preferred).
- 12+ years in product management, digital transformation, or AI/analytics leadership; 10+ years people management; 5+ years product development/ownership.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions in commercial domains.
- Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, strong AI/ML technical acumen; excellent executive communication/influencing.
