Sr. Director Transformation Lead

Role: Lead the AI and Data-Driven Path to Approval (AIDPA) initiative within Takeda’s R&D, focusing on transforming drug development through innovative data and technology strategies. Responsibilities: develop and execute the AIDPA strategy, align cross-functional workstreams, manage interdependencies, and drive value realization through measurable outcomes. Lead process redesign, embed AI and automation, and champion change management to foster adoption of new technologies. Collaborate closely with R&D leadership, data/technology teams, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure integrated execution and impact. Requirements: 12+ years in R&D leadership, proven success managing enterprise-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs, and experience in data, digital, or AI domains within biopharma. Advanced degree (PhD, MBA) preferred.
