Position Summary
- Sr. Director, TA Lead – Trial Analytics, Insights, and Planning (TAIP)
- Analytics lead for Oncology therapeutic area; own end-to-end analytics strategy and execution across a global portfolio of clinical trials.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of analytics professionals (performance management, coaching, day-to-day support).
- Lead oncology analytics strategy/execution for trial portfolio (forecasting, feasibility modeling, dashboards, protocol analytics).
- Guide and quality-control study-level analytics; coordinate cross-trial priorities.
- Track delivery progress, escalate risks, and ensure alignment with trial milestones and enterprise priorities.
- Advise TA leadership on trial strategy, feasibility, and portfolio planning using data-driven insights.
- Drive cross-trial consistency and innovation; promote global collaboration.
- Lead portfolio-level cost discussions (country mix/study design); promote study optimization (patient/site burden, competitive landscape).
- Coordinate field-based insights for TA-wide feasibility and site prioritization.
- Champion analytics platforms/tools/data infrastructure; integrate with clinical supply planning where relevant.
- Evolve TAIP capabilities (best practices, mentoring, elevated analytics standards).

Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced degree (MBA/MSc/MPH/PharmD/PhD or equivalent) in relevant field preferred.
- 10+ years in management consulting, trial analytics, or clinical strategy.
- Direct experience: clinical trial feasibility, enrollment forecasting, operational analytics.
- Deep Oncology experience; proven global stakeholder/team leadership; delivery under tight timelines.

Skills
- Strategic, analytical; ability to translate insights into enterprise decisions.
- Strong leadership/communication/stakeholder management.
- Plus: building forecasting models, dashboards, site feasibility tools.
