Sr. Director, Solution Architecture

Role: Senior Director of Solution Architecture for Global Medical Affairs digital and AI portfolio, overseeing technology strategy, integration standards, and solution design. Responsibilities: lead architecture governance, design AI/ML systems, ensure compliance with regulations (GxP, GDPR, HIPAA), and drive data integration across platforms like Veeva CRM and Salesforce. Act as strategic advisor to senior Medical Affairs leaders, translating technical concepts into business impact, and managing stakeholder relationships. Oversee AI/LLM development, including multi-lingual, compliant solutions, and establish environment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and AI telemetry. Lead a technical pod including UX Designer and Scrum Master, with direct people management. Manage multi-million-dollar investments, vendor assessments, and risk mitigation. Qualifications: 12+ years IT/digital architecture experience, with 8+ years in hands-on solution architecture, proven AI/ML system design, cloud expertise (AWS/Azure), and experience with life sciences digital systems (Veeva, Salesforce). Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related; Master’s preferred. Experience in GxP environments, pharma-specific compliance, and stakeholder engagement at executive level. Work setup: hybrid (NYHQ or PA-Collegeville), 2-3 days onsite; no relocation package.
