Sr. Director, Solution Architecture

Role: Senior Director, Solution Architecture for Medical Affairs digital and AI initiatives, responsible for global solution design, integration standards, and technology governance within a regulated pharma environment. Responsibilities: establish architectural blueprints, direct high-priority platform design, lead AI strategy and model deployment (including LLMs and agentic systems), ensure compliance with GxP, GDPR, HIPAA, and AI ethics; translate technical solutions into business value for senior Medical Affairs leaders; manage a pod comprising UX Designer and Scrum Master, and coordinate with engineering teams. Qualifications: 12+ years in IT/digital architecture, with 8+ years hands-on as Solution Architect; expertise in AI/NLP, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), APIs, data integration, and compliance; experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences/Marketing Cloud, and regulated pharma settings. Preferred: advanced degree in technical or business field, 5+ years in Life Sciences, familiarity with GxP, FDA, data privacy, and certifications (AWS, Salesforce, AI). High-Value: focus on AI-driven medical affairs platforms, enterprise-wide architecture, multi-region AI solutions, and regulated environments. Work setup: hybrid at NYHQ or PA-Collegeville, 2-3 days onsite; global scope with strategic stakeholder engagement.
