Sr. Director, Simoa Product Management

Role: Senior Director, Simoa Product Management, responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and lifecycle for Quanterix’s ultrasensitive Simoa biomarker detection platform, including instruments, assays, software, and workflows. Objectives: drive growth, innovation, and customer impact by translating market insights into a differentiated product roadmap that supports long-term value. Responsibilities: lead product portfolio management, identify new applications and enhancements, collaborate with R&D, engineering, commercial, regulatory, and manufacturing teams, and oversee product launches and lifecycle optimization. Requirements: Bachelor’s in life sciences, engineering, or business; 12+ years in product management within life sciences, diagnostics, or biotech, with experience managing platforms, instruments, or consumables; strong understanding of biomarker discovery, ultrasensitive detection, digital assays, or related technologies; proven cross-functional leadership. Preferred: advanced degrees (MBA, MS, PhD), experience with Simoa technology, global product launch experience, and leadership in biopharma or clinical markets.
