Role Summary

Senior Director of HCP Experience Strategy, based in Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ, leads enterprise-wide transformation of Sanofiโ€™s Patient Support Services (PSS) from the perspective of the healthcare professional experience. This strategic leadership role manages large-scale initiatives, directs organizational strategy, and drives measurable business outcomes to advance Sanofiโ€™s market leadership in PSS. The position partners with PSS leadership to shape strategy, align cross-functional teams, and build a future-ready HCP PSS ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • As a pivotal member of Sanofi's PSS Evolution & Strategy leadership team, architect and drive enterprise-wide transformation of PSS from the HCP experience perspective.
  • Lead large complex initiatives, direct organizational strategy, and drive measurable business outcomes to advance market leadership.
  • Drive enterprise-wide strategic vision and multi-year transformational initiatives across the specialty care portfolio.
  • Align and mobilize teams and cross-functional partners towards enterprise objectives, optimizing resources for maximum business impact.
  • Partner with PSS senior leadership to shape strategy and implementation planning.
  • Establish thought leadership in patient access innovation and set industry benchmarks and standards.
  • Champion data-driven frameworks guiding enterprise-level decision making.
  • Develop solutions to complex healthcare access challenges through forward-thinking strategies and innovation.
  • Build, develop and lead a high-performing team of strategists focused on evolving and building a future-ready HCP PSS ecosystem.
  • Drive talent acquisition, development, and succession planning; foster a culture of innovation, accountability and measurable business impact.
  • Lead direct reports and cross-functional matrix teams through strategic alignment, design and build phases for large strategic initiatives.
  • Own multi-year strategic planning with direct accountability for business outcomes.
  • Establish enterprise-level KPIs and performance metrics to drive growth; oversee large enterprise vendor management.
  • Architect comprehensive strategic roadmaps guiding PSS evolution of the HCP experience.
  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives impacting multiple therapeutic areas and build strategic partnerships across business units.
  • Drive organizational change management and adoption at scale.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Required: 10โ€“12+ years progressive leadership experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare with at least 5+ years in Patient Support Services.
  • Required: Demonstrated experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Required: Deep understanding of PSS landscape, including hub services, patient access, and healthcare provider needs.
  • Required: Proven ability to lead both directly and indirectly; ability to guide cross-functional teams through large, complex projects.
  • Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD).
  • Preferred: Proven executive presence with track record of influencing and driving enterprise-wide transformation with measurable impact.
  • Preferred: Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Preferred: Strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
