Sr. Director, Project Management - Hampton, NJ

Role: Senior Director, Project Management overseeing the Immuno-Inflammatory Program Team, guiding strategic planning from preclinical stages through BLA and post-marketing. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional teams, develop and maintain integrated product development plans and timelines, conduct risk assessments, and drive process improvements. Collaborate closely with leadership and team members to define development strategies, ensure timely execution, and escalate issues as needed. Requirements: minimum 10 years’ experience managing complex pharmaceutical/biologic projects (Preclinical to NDA/BLA) in global settings; prior immunology, inflammatory disease, dermatology, or allergy experience preferred. Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams, strong communication skills, ability to influence, and experience with risk mitigation and strategic planning essential. Technical proficiency with Smartsheet (intermediate+), MS Office suite, and familiarity with GxP and regulatory processes. Travel up to 10%.
