Sr .Director - Program Management

Role: Senior Director leading the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure execution excellence in software and product development within a regulated healthcare environment. Responsibilities: manage and develop a high-performing team of program managers; oversee the successful delivery of complex software releases and strategic initiatives; evolve the PMO operating model, governance, and methodologies; collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory teams to align planning, release management, and compliance; drive Agile adoption and integrate quality and regulatory standards into project frameworks; provide portfolio insights and facilitate cross-functional strategic planning; promote Lean, Agile, SAFe principles, and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Healthcare; 10+ years in program/portfolio management, with 5+ years of leadership experience; proven success managing large-scale software programs, ideally within healthcare, MedTech, or medical device sectors; strong knowledge of QMS, design controls, and regulatory standards; expertise in Agile, SAFe, and organizational transformation. Preferred: professional certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe); experience in PMO leadership and healthcare IT; ability to influence senior stakeholders and foster organizational change.
