Role: Senior Director of Program & Portfolio Strategy leading a team of program managers in biopharmaceutical drug development. Responsible for translating therapeutic and disease-area strategies into integrated development plans, driving portfolio prioritization, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring strategic alignment across discovery through lifecycle management. Oversees portfolio governance, decision analytics, risk management, and program quality to meet key milestones. Provides leadership in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning to facilitate efficient development and commercialization of therapies. Qualifications: BS/BA in life sciences with 14+ years, or Masterβs with 12+ years, or PhD/MD/PharmD with 10+ years in biopharma, with extensive experience in drug development, including clinical, regulatory, and lifecycle phases. Demonstrated expertise in program and portfolio management, cross-functional leadership, and decision analytics, preferably with neuroscience, psychiatry, or immunology focus, and experience with multiple modalities (small molecules and biologics). Proven ability to lead complex programs through late-stage development and launch, influencing senior leadership and managing teams.
