Sr .Director - Program Management

Role: Senior Director of Program Management leading the PMO for healthcare-related software and product initiatives. Objectives include driving execution excellence, transforming project management practices to Agile/SAFe, and ensuring compliant, high-quality software releases. Responsibilities encompass leading and developing a high-performance team of program managers, enhancing governance and operational models, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory leaders to optimize portfolio planning, release management, and cross-functional execution. The role demands establishing metrics and dashboards for portfolio visibility and navigating complex regulatory and quality systems in a healthcare/MedTech environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related field; 10+ years in program or portfolio management, with 5+ years of leadership experience in software development within healthcare or MedTech sectors. Deep knowledge of QMS, design controls, regulatory standards, Agile, and SAFe required. Preferred credentials include PMP, PgMP, or related certifications, and experience with healthcare IT, cloud software, or enterprise ecosystems. The position involves working in a collaborative leadership capacity to influence senior stakeholders, drive organizational transformation, and deliver complex software projects in a regulated setting.
