Sr Director, Product Development Lead - 591

Role: Senior Director, Product Development Lead for global late-stage radiopharmaceuticals targeting oncology indications, with a focus on prostate cancer imaging agents and other clinical-stage products. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans, oversee program governance, manage risk, and ensure milestone achievement across clinical, regulatory, CMC, quality, manufacturing, and commercial functions; collaborate closely with stakeholders for regulatory interactions, including FDA engagements; create and maintain comprehensive development and risk management plans; lead budget forecasting and resource allocation; align manufacturing/vendor activities with GMP standards; and support global clinical trial execution. Requirements: Master’s or PhD in medical, pharma, or biotech; 12+ years in pharma/biotech, with 5+ years in cross-functional leadership; extensive experience in oncology and/or radiopharmaceutical development, including clinical phases 2 and 3, and regulatory approval processes.
