Sr. Director, Pharmacology

Role: Senior Director of Pharmacology leading research on human disease models and assays to support drug discovery and therapeutic optimization. Responsibilities: oversee in vitro/in vivo assays for potency, efficacy, and mechanism of action; set strategic direction, manage team resources and budgets; mentor staff; ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and scientific innovation; collaborate across functions to influence research plans and reduce project risks. Requirements: Ph.D. in Pharmacology or related field; 12+ years in early-stage drug discovery; expertise in pharmacology, ion channel electrophysiology, and translational model development; proven leadership in managing cross-functional scientific teams; excellent communication skills.
