Role Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise brand strategy and go-to-market (GTM) planning for Pfizer and priority therapeutic areas (e.g., Oncology, Obesity).
- Drive the connection between the Pfizer master brand and TA/product brands to build coherent brand equity across the architecture.
- Anchor strategy in audience insight and align with commercial goals across Consumer, HCP, Investor, and Advocacy audiences.
- Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media; ensure compliance, creative excellence, innovation, and cultural relevance.
- Partner with Corporate Communications to develop and execute enterprise reputation initiatives and integrate enterprise narrative, reputation programs, and campaign work.
- Oversee global brand identity (visual/verbal): ensure consistency/quality; develop brand guardrails, toolkits, and asset libraries.
- Extend brand standards into AI-enabled environments (train/guide/evaluate generative AI tools against Pfizer standards).
- Conduct brand equity analysis to refine positioning and messaging as markets/audiences evolve.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and lead cross-functional working groups/steering committees; ensure agency/vendor alignment and budget discipline.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team; foster innovation, accountability, and excellence.
- Define and track KPIs and brand health metrics; optimize media spend and maximize ROI.
- Stay ahead of trends, competitor/cultural shifts, and creative technology; champion storytelling, personalization, and digital engagement.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s + 12+ years, or MBA/MS + 10+ years in brand strategy/marketing/integrated campaigns; or equivalent agency leadership.
- Success leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns at scale for global brands (life sciences/pharma a plus).
- Experience developing GTM strategies for Consumer, HCP, Investor, and Advocacy.
- Track record managing large media budgets with measurable ROI.
- Experience partnering with or within Corporate Communications on enterprise reputation/brand.
- Expertise in brand identity governance (guidelines/toolkits/asset libraries), including AI-enabled content systems.
- Strong analytical skills and creative vision; influence senior leaders.
- Collaboration/problem-solving across cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystem and Consumer/HCP journeys.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments; meets deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Global brand/campaign experience across markets and cultures.
- Ability to translate complex healthcare/scientific narratives into brand storytelling.
- Experience leading both brand identity and campaign functions.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and applying brand standards in AI-enabled systems.
- Familiarity with digital ecosystems, media partnerships, and earned strategies.
- Experience leading/developing senior marketing teams.
