Role Summary

Sr. Director, Omnichannel Enablement focused on designing and executing an integrated, customer-centric omnichannel strategy across digital and in-person touchpoints. Leads planning, development, and optimization of engagement journeys for healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and regulatory standards. Collaborates with Brand, Field, Medical Affairs, IT, and Analytics to orchestrate campaigns, optimize channel performance, and improve customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Strategy: Plan and lead the development and execution of the brand's omnichannel engagement strategy and customer journeys for targeted segments.
  • Channel Orchestration: Define the optimal sequencing and mix of channels to deliver the right content to the right customer at the right time.
  • Customer Insights: Leverage understanding of customer behaviors, needs, and preferences to inform engagement strategies.
  • Test & Learn: Establish and lead a measurement framework and learning agenda to continuously test, optimize, and iterate on campaign performance and channel effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Brand/Medical Affairs, Sales, IT/Technology, Regulatory/Compliance, and Analytics teams for alignment and execution of omnichannel programs.
  • Technology Management: Drive utilization and integration of platforms to enable personalized communication and data capture.
  • Content & Creative: Oversee development of omnichannel marketing briefs and collaborate with agencies to tailor content for each channel and journey stage.
  • Field Force Enablement: Develop tools, training, and processes to enable Field Sales and MSLs to be effective, integrated touchpoints.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure omnichannel activities and content comply with regulations and company policies.
  • Data Governance: Manage data capture, privacy, and consent consistently across channels.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, Master’s in Digital Marketing).
  • Experience: 10+ years in digital marketing, CRM, or omnichannel strategy; significant experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with omnichannel platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva CRM/Promotional Channels, or Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Analytics: Strong ability to develop and apply data analytics and measurement frameworks to derive actionable insights.
  • Leadership: Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills; proficient project management with ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical commercial model and regulatory environment.
