Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate the strategic vision, goals, and roadmap for G&A Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, aligned to enterprise priorities.
- Lead category strategy development across IT (SaaS, software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data platforms), Corporate Services (facilities, legal, HR, finance support), Consulting & Professional Services, and Contingent Labor/workforce solutions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, and Legal to enable scalability, efficiency, and innovation.
- Build and lead a high-performing sourcing function.
- Establish and manage strategic supplier relationships; ensure performance, service quality, and value delivery.
- Lead negotiations for complex MSAs and SOWs (e.g., SaaS, consulting, managed services, contingent labor).
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with suppliers.
- Establish best-in-class sourcing methodologies, procurement policies, and governance.
- Lead large, complex RFPs from scope definition through supplier selection.
- Drive cost savings, supplier performance, and operational efficiency; leverage procurement technology (e.g., Coupa).
- Define and track KPIs; perform spend analysis, supplier risk assessments, and benchmarking; report insights to executives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement/supply chain with significant G&A category experience (IT, consulting, contingent labor, corporate services).
- Proven success in complex, cross-functional category strategy.
- Strong negotiation experience (SaaS, consulting, managed services).
- Experience leading large, complex RFPs in matrixed organizations.
- Knowledge of supplier markets (IT, professional services, workforce solutions).
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Coupa (or similar) and procurement platform experience.
- ERP systems, contract lifecycle management tools, and analytics platforms desirable.
Required/Additional:
- Based in West Conshohocken, PA or Waltham, MA; 3 days/week in office.
- Travel up to 20%.
