Role Summary

Senior Director, Marketing, UGN-103 — lead strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and execution for a late-stage bladder cancer asset, guiding the transition from development to commercial launch to meet market needs, regulatory requirements, and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the integrated launch strategy for UGN-103, ensuring readiness across all commercial and operational functions.
  • Partner with R&D, regulatory, and medical affairs to ensure scientific and clinical positioning aligns with market opportunities.
  • Conduct market assessments, competitive intelligence, and scenario planning to optimize launch timing and differentiation.
  • Work closely with R&D, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
  • Anticipate risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure rapid problem-solving during the launch phase.
  • Serve as the central point of accountability for launch execution, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Ensure engagement with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and early adopters to build advocacy pre-launch.
  • Partner with market access teams to secure reimbursement strategies and payer readiness.
  • Optimize cross-team processes to ensure speed, agility, and quality in execution.
  • Ensure products meet or exceed quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology; advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 9+ years in biotech, pharma, or life sciences, with at least 4 years leading product launches; urology and/or oncology preferred.
  • Proven success in bringing late-stage pipeline assets to market in a highly regulated environment.
  • Expertise in launch planning frameworks, lifecycle management, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory pathways, market access, and commercialization dynamics.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
