Sr. Director, Marketing Promotions

Role: Senior Director of Marketing Promotions responsible for developing and executing global promotional strategies for cell therapy assets, including the launch and lifecycle management of products like miv-cel. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial teams; oversee promotional material development, omnichannel marketing, and launch planning; manage agency partnerships and budgets; establish promotional review processes and ensure compliance; build and mentor a high-performing team; and prepare for product launches and post-market activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), 12+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing with experience in regulated environments, cell therapy, rare diseases, or complex products; proven success in launch strategies; strong leadership, strategic judgment, and cross-functional influence; excellent communication skills; expertise in promotional compliance, PRC processes, and financial management.
