Key Responsibilities:
- Lead US market access strategy; bring learnings to Brand teams and represent the franchise in market access/therapeutic brand leadership.
- Collaborate on strategic access plans for in-line brands, new assets, and pipeline products (access landscape, customer segmentation, payer strategy, contracting/channel strategy, pricing, distribution, and value proposition).
- Develop Launch MA strategy and launch plans; bridge pipeline support to launch/in-line support.
- Communicate access strategies to internal partners; act as liaison to align pull-through activities with brand objectives.
- Shape strategies based on healthcare policy/payment reform and external factors (e.g., 340B, IRA, MFN, ACIP).
- Lead access strategy/execution across payers, organized customers, ACIP, and other access-influencing organizations.
- Champion priority access initiatives; communicate strategy to senior leadership.
- Seek cross-functional/field input; serve as primary point person for account management and brand teams.
- Build partnerships with global market access, VEO, pricing, contract strategy, patient services, advocacy/policy, finance, and legal.
- Influence pricing, access uptake, access quality, and rebate assumptions for pipeline/BD opportunities.
- Anticipate competitor moves and own near-, mid-, and long-term access strategy.
- Recruit/retain and develop team; manage performance and budget.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Finance, Pharmacy or Public Health preferred).
- 7+ years US Commercial Market Access experience.
- 5+ years with Pharmacy and Medical product experience.
- 3+ years people management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/MPH/PharmD.
- US experience in market access, account management, launch, pricing, contracting, reimbursement, distribution.
- Specialty/anti-infective/vaccines/rare disease TA experience.
- Experience resolving coverage, coding, and payment issues.
- Problem solving/innovation; budget/agency management; segmentation/insights/creative development.
- Product launch experience; financial acumen/P&L mindset; ownership mindset; thrives in fast-paced environments.
