Sr. Director, Integrated Evidence Generation Lead

Role: Lead evidence generation for oncology assets, focusing on real-world data, external research, and non-interventional studies to support product lifecycle, regulatory, and commercial strategies. Responsibilities: develop and maintain integrated evidence plans, identify data gaps, oversee observational studies, and manage vendor relationships; collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Regulatory teams; oversee EAPs and Investigator-Sponsored Research programs; interface with regulators and payers for evidence alignment. Requirements: advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or similar) with 8–12+ years in evidence generation, epidemiology, or outcomes research, with strong oncology experience (NSCLC preferred); expertise in RWD sources, epidemiologic methods, and clinical endpoints; proven leadership in managing complex projects, vendors, and multi-disciplinary teams; excellent communication skills.
