Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage relationship with Franchise Leadership Team; drive insights agenda.
- Scope, lead, and deliver cross-functional projects across market research, forecasting support, competitive intelligence, brand analytics, and field analytics.
- Deliver high-quality ad hoc analyses with clear recommendations supporting brand strategy.
- Provide actionable insights for short-term resource allocation and long-term strategy.
- Collaborate with Advanced Analytics/Orchestration and other Business Intelligence & Operations (BIO) teams to guide brand strategy and execution.
- Lead Integrated Customer Plan (ICP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for CD&I; provide performance, target audience, and market insights.
- Manage insights spend to allocated budget; pursue novel research methodologies to improve efficiency.
- Partner with leadership to ensure data/fact-based decision-making; drive innovation in analytics and execution.

Qualifications:
- 12+ years relevant experience in life sciences or healthcare consulting.
- Consulting background strongly preferred; Neuropsychiatry/Women’s Health experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of commercial datasets (e.g., IQVIA/Symphony), patient, specialty pharmacies/distributors, and managed care.

Required/Preferred Skills:
- Advanced analytical capabilities (source, analyze, visualize; present/defend findings).
- Ability to synthesize qualitative/quantitative inputs into actionable insights.
- Strategic thinking, executive communication, strong collaboration, comfort with ambiguity, and independence.
