Sr. Director HSE - Manufacturing - Concord

Role: Senior Director, HSE at Lilly overseeing health, safety, and environmental programs for the Concord Plant manufacturing site. Responsibilities: develop and maintain HSE systems ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate standards; lead site HSE priorities, initiatives, and metrics; manage external regulatory reporting and benchmarks; and foster leadership within the HSE team.
