Sr Director - HSE - GMP - Alabama

Role: Senior Director of HSE at Lilly, leading health, safety, and environmental programs for a new API manufacturing facility startup. Responsibilities: develop and implement HSE systems, oversee site operations including manufacturing, labs, utilities, and waste; build and lead the HSE team; ensure GMP compliance; serve as key HSE stakeholder during project delivery and startup; establish HSE priorities and culture; maintain compliance post-startup and report to leadership.
