Corporate Functions
Responsibilities:
- Translate corporate strategy into measurable financial targets, multi-year plans, and resource implications; act as strategic thought partner on trade-offs, risks, and value creation.
- Own long-range planning (LRP): develop scenario models, sensitivities, and integrated risk framework; ensure near-term initiative impacts are reflected; refine assumptions/methodologies to improve forecast accuracy.
- Lead enterprise capital allocation and investment prioritization, including multi-year capex planning; establish frameworks to evaluate investment cases, portfolio optimization, and ROI tracking.
- Partner with Strategy, BD/M&A, VMRD, and Product Development on growth engines; support business cases, valuation, synergy modeling, and post-investment performance.
- Lead FP&A transformation: process redesign, automation, advanced analytics; champion scalable tools/standardized processes and improved reporting; elevate FP&A to proactive strategic decision support.
- Prepare Board/Audit Committee materials and communicate complex financial scenarios to senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Partner with Corporate FP&A for data consistency, aligned assumptions, and unified forecasting governance; maintain governance over models/metrics.
- Lead/mentor 2–3 FP&A professionals; influence cross-functionally; build culture of accountability and analytical rigor; champion FP&A as a strategic partner.

Requirements & Skills:
- BS in Finance or Accounting (MS/MBA or CPA/CFA strongly preferred); 10–12+ years relevant experience.
- Advanced Excel financial modeling; strong written analysis and executive PowerPoint storytelling.
- Enterprise financial systems experience (e.g., S/4HANA, Anaplan, HFM, Essbase, OneStream).
- Exceptional communication, narrative ability, matrix leadership, change leadership, and time management; travel as needed.

Benefits/Compensation (if applicable):
- US base salary: $220,000–$335,000; eligible for short-term and long-term incentives; healthcare/insurance day one, 401(k) with match and profit-sharing, and 4 weeks vacation.
