Role Description
Sr. Director, Head of Corporate Financial Analysis leads corporate budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with business units and finance teams to improve forecasting accuracy. Provides predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and actionable financial insights to executive leadership.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Present executive-level financial results, key trends, and insights to the CEO, CFO, and Operating Committee; develop executive presentations and management reporting packages.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify, monitor, and report KPIs; serve as a financial advisor on growth opportunities, strategy, and risk management.
- Own and enhance management P&L reporting; track performance vs. goals, develop forecasts/scenario analyses, and support corrective actions; publish headcount and business unit reporting.
- Lead forecasting and annual budgeting; provide advanced modeling/analytics for growth, restructuring, capital planning, and investments; monitor operational/external impacts and communicate risks/opportunities.
- Define FP&A system requirements; drive system and process improvements in collaboration with IT/Accounting.
- Analyze working capital, cash flow, and capital allocation; partner to manage corporate capital planning and ROI assessments.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a Corporate Financial Analysis team (2–3 professionals); influence matrixed stakeholders.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and executive support as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (required); Master’s/MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
- Minimum 10–12 years relevant experience.
- Advanced financial modeling (Excel), strong written analysis, and executive PowerPoint skills.
- Enterprise financial systems experience (e.g., S4/HANA, Anaplan, HFM, Essbase, OneStream).
- Strong oral/written communication, narrative/storytelling for leadership/board materials, and ability to influence across levels.
- Ability to lead change initiatives, manage competing priorities, and develop high-performing teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
