Sr. Director - GMP Supply Chain and Logistics - Houston

Role: Senior Director, Supply Chain for Lilly's new GMP manufacturing site, overseeing site-wide supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and planning operations to ensure reliable API production and delivery. Responsibilities: develop and execute production plans, manage procurement and vendor relations, optimize inventory strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the startup phase by building organizational capabilities, implementing systems, and fostering culture. Collaborates with global supply chain, internal teams, and external stakeholders to resolve delays, monitor KPIs, and maintain GMP standards. During 2029–2030 startup phase, lead organizational buildout, system implementation, and process excellence.
