Sr. Director, Global Business Operations - Advanced Capabilities COE

Role: Senior Director, Global Business Operations leading the Advanced Capabilities Center of Excellence (COE) at Bristol Myers Squibb, focusing on digital transformation and process innovation within Finance. Responsibilities: oversee the innovation incubator, develop strategic roadmaps for analytics and digital capabilities, manage end-to-end delivery of AI and automation solutions, establish and lead a Hyderabad-based data science team, and partner with BI&T to ensure scalable, secure technology implementations. Drive change management, user adoption, and value realization through analytics and digital strategies. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners, including hyper-scalers like AWS, to optimize capabilities and operational excellence. Qualifications: minimum of a bachelor’s degree; 12+ years in Finance or BI/Analytics, with 5+ years in leading cross-functional product portfolios; strong understanding of digital tools and platforms, including data lakes, visualization, and ML/AI; proven experience in offshore/nearshore operational models and stakeholder management.
