The Global Facilities Delivery (GFD) Organization, part of Corporate Engineering and Global HSE, delivers new and renovated capital assets around the world. Our mission is accomplished through a highly leveraged organization of design, construction, and CQV contractors. Assets are delivered focusing on medical innovation and delivering innovative solutions to patients with Safety First and Quality Always. Some of the assets delivered will support an expansion in supply of existing or new medicines for our patients or making the supply chain more robust.
This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of HSE โ GFD and will be responsible to provide oversight to the contractor safety program across all major capital projects under the responsibility of the GFD organization. This role will work with Project Managers across the assigned projects of responsibility to ensure the Contractor Safety Playbook is fully implemented. The role will work with GHSE and Site HSE Teams to provide oversight and ensure we create a best in class safety culture and contractor safety management.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidateโs education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$147,000 - $215,600
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
