Sr Director GFD HSE

Role: Oversee contractor safety programs for Lilly's global capital projects within the GFD organization, ensuring safety culture and compliance. Responsibilities: collaborate with project managers and HSE teams to implement the Contractor Safety Playbook, monitor safety performance, conduct onsite assessments, evaluate contractor safety practices, and escalate issues as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, large capital projects, or HSE; strong safety program knowledge and compliance mindset; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to travel over 40%.
