Sr. Director, Epidemiology & RWE Analytics

Role: Senior leader overseeing enterprise-wide epidemiology and real-world evidence (RWE) strategy for Neurocrine Biosciences, supporting clinical development, regulatory submissions, medical affairs, and market access. Responsibilities: define and implement cross-functional evidence strategies aligned with corporate goals; establish governance and methodological standards; translate strategies into portfolio-level plans; serve as a scientific advisor to executive leadership; lead external stakeholder engagement and ensure compliance with evidentiary requirements; oversee teams managing epidemiologic and observational research programs; collaborate with R&D to integrate RWE into late-stage trials, including external controls; and contribute to regulatory and HTA discussions. Requirements: Master's degree with 12+ years or PhD/MD/PharmD with 10+ years in epidemiology/RWE, with extensive leadership experience in pharma/biotech; proven strategic and operational expertise in evidence generation, regulatory processes, and stakeholder management.
