Sr. Director, Epidemiology, Immunology - Hampton, NJ

Role: Senior Director, Epidemiology, Immunology, leading strategy development and execution for Celldex’s immunology portfolio, including barzolvolimab and pipeline programs. Responsibilities: design and conduct epidemiologic studies (e.g., disease burden, natural history, treatment patterns), generate real-world evidence supporting clinical, regulatory, safety, Medical Affairs, and commercialization needs; collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Pharmacovigilance, and external vendors; support regulatory submissions, post-marketing studies, and external scientific engagement. Requirements: PhD, DrPH, ScD, MPH, or MS in Epidemiology or related field; 8+ years in epidemiology, real-world evidence, or pharmacoepidemiology, preferably within biotech/pharma; expertise in observational study design, real-world data analysis, and regulatory support; experience with claims data, EHRs, registries; strong communication and leadership skills; ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
