Sr Director, Early Clinical Development, Neuroscience

Role: Senior Director in Early Clinical Development within neuroscience, focusing on early-stage evaluation of new molecules, biomarkers, and mechanistic hypotheses. Responsibilities: oversee global clinical physicians and manage Phase 1 trials, including study design, execution, and interpretation; develop clinical strategies for pipeline assets; liaise with translational scientists and external partners; serve as primary clinical oversight in regulatory interactions; and lead matrix teams to ensure study quality, regulatory compliance, and achievement of development goals. Requirements: MD or MD/PhD with deep clinical expertise in neuroscience, 7+ years in discovery, translational, or clinical research, and extensive experience in trial design, biomarker development, and pipeline strategy; proven leadership in matrix environments.
