Sr. Director, Digital Portfolio and Strategic Operations

Role: Senior Director of Digital Operations and Strategic Portfolio Management at Moderna, leading digital strategy execution, operations, and talent management. Responsibilities: drive data-centric cross-functional programs, integrate analytics into long-range planning, manage digital investments, and oversee organizational change. Lead digital initiatives aligned with corporate goals, develop data-driven KPIs and dashboards, and manage digital project budgets. Manage a small team to foster innovation and inclusion. Requirements: BA/BS in IT, Business, or related field; 10+ years in digital operations or IT management with experience in digital transformation and large-scale projects. Preferred: advanced degree (MA/MS/MBA), leadership in AI/Cloud initiatives, strong strategic and financial skills, proficiency in project methodologies including Agile, excellent stakeholder engagement skills. High-Value: focus on digital transformation within a biopharma context, strategic data analytics, cross-functional leadership, and project management in a matrixed environment. Location: hybrid with >70% onsite in Cambridge, MA; up to 20% travel to Seattle, WA.
