Core Responsibilities
- Own global delivery of corporate security operations to protect employees, facilities, physical assets, and business continuity.
- Ensure consistent global standards/governance while addressing regional risk, regulatory, and business requirements.
- Integrate physical, technical, investigative, intelligence, and operational security capabilities to anticipate threats and enable proactive enterprise risk mitigation.
- Develop performance metrics, conduct risk assessments, and lead continuous operational improvement.
Organizational Development
- Build and sustain a high-performing global security organization focused on accountability, capability building, and continuous development.
- Lead organizational design, talent planning, and change management aligned to growth, transformation, and evolving risk.
Crisis Leadership & Executive Decision-Making
- Advise executive leadership during major incidents, crises, and high-consequence security events.
- Own emergency preparedness, crisis management, and incident response programs, coordinating with executives, GSOC/intelligence, and external agencies.
- Provide clear, timely risk assessments and recommendations to ensure enterprise continuity.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Influence senior leaders across Legal, IT, HR, Compliance, Facilities, Manufacturing, R&D, and Finance to embed security into enterprise programs.
- Own vendor/third-party security provider strategy and governance; oversee contract management.
- Partner with external stakeholders (law enforcement, intelligence networks, regulators) for investigations and regulatory engagement.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorβs + 14 years OR Masterβs + 12 years OR PhD + 12 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Enterprise-scale global security operations leadership with accountability for risk/outcomes.
- Executive-level crisis and investigation decision support in ambiguous environments.
- Modernize security via technology enablement, intelligence-led approaches, and data-driven improvement.
- Financial acumen managing global budgets/third parties.
- Strong executive communication; build/develop global teams; international travel as required.

Compensation/Benefits
- Salary range: $226,185.00β$292,710.00. May be eligible for discretionary annual bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
