Responsibilities
- Set the vision and framework for enterprise consumer media strategy across brands; define channel principles, measurement standards, and investment objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives; translate insights into recommendations that drive decision-making and growth.
- Oversee the enterprise media investment portfolio; establish investment principles and governance to improve ROI and accountability.
- Lead enterprise media agency partnerships; ensure operating models, talent, and performance standards; develop accountability and senior relationships.
- Monitor consumer/competitive/category trends and media/data/technology advancements; proactively advise on opportunities, risks, and implications.
- Establish guardrails for compliance, privacy, brand safety, and customer trust.
- Build and develop a high-performing media organization and talent pipelines.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 10+ years media and marketing experience; 8+ years in media agency and/or client-side.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time; Lilly does not sponsor visas.
Additional Skills/Preferences
- Modern media ecosystem expertise (programmatic, streaming/CTV, social, retail media, emerging formats).
- Data-driven marketing, measurement frameworks, and linking spend to business outcomes.
- Experience building enterprise operating models/governance.
- AI-enabled media innovation, martech stacks, and data integration.
- Agency leadership and senior relationship management; strong team-building and executive communication.
Location/Travel
- Indianapolis (remote not considered); ~15β20% travel.
Compensation/Benefits (as described)
- Anticipated base pay: $154,500β$226,600; potential company bonus.
