Role: Senior Director of Commercial Supply Chain responsible for strategic and operational leadership of end-to-end supply chain planning for late-phase clinical and commercial small molecule programs. Core responsibilities include defining global supply chain strategies, leading S&OP and C&OP processes, demand forecasting, inventory management, launch planning, risk mitigation, and overseeing logistics and distribution. The position requires building scalable systems, supporting product launches, ensuring supply reliability, and collaborating across functions such as Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and Commercial. Qualifications: B.S. in Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, or related; 15+ years in pharma or biotech supply chain management, with deep expertise in small molecule manufacturing, oral solid dose supply chains, and global outsourced networks including CDMOs. Experience with GMP regulations, supply chain planning systems, ERP, and risk management is essential. High-value specifics include focus on small molecule oral drugs, late-stage development, commercialization support, global supply network oversight, and cold chain logistics. Travel up to 20-25% globally. The role is integral to ensuring uninterrupted supply and supporting growth and lifecycle management of therapies in cardiovascular, metabolic, and pulmonary areas.
