Sr. Director, Commercial Supply Chain

Role: Senior Director of Commercial Supply Chain responsible for strategic leadership and operational management of global supply chain planning for late-phase clinical and commercial small molecule programs. Primary objectives include ensuring uninterrupted supply of drug substance, product, and packaging through robust planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities encompass leading S&OP and C&OP processes, demand forecasting, inventory strategies, launch readiness, network planning, risk management, and supply chain digital transformation. Collaborates closely with Clinical Operations, Commercial, and Manufacturing teams, serving as a key cross-functional leader. Qualifications: B.S. in Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, or related; 15+ years in pharma/biotech supply chain, with expertise in small molecule manufacturing, oral solid dose supply chains, GMP regulations, and global outsourced networks including CDMOs. Experience with supply chain planning systems, ERP implementation, and cold chain logistics is essential. High-value specifics include focus on small molecule oral drugs, late-stage development, global manufacturing networks, and supply resilience strategies. Travel up to 20-25% globally.
