Position Summary
Sr. Director, Commercial Supply Chain will lead supply chain strategy and operations as the company transitions from late-stage clinical development to commercial launch. Establish scalable, compliant, and efficient supply capabilities for uninterrupted investigational and commercial product supply across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global launch and commercial supply chain strategy.
- Define operating models, governance, and organizational structure for commercial supply.
- Partner with External Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to integrate supply, inventory, logistics, and planning.
- Lead commercialization readiness and launch planning.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for Supply Chain Operations to support ongoing and new clinical studies.
- Collaborate on global GxP-compliant supply planning, risk management, and clinical-to-commercial alignment.
- Develop integrated supply and inventory planning; establish and oversee S&OP.
- Maintain GMP and SOX-compliant inventory systems; lead scenario and risk-based planning.
- Optimize safety stock; manage excess/obsolete inventory.
- Establish Global Trade Compliance framework; oversee import/export, customs documentation, and duty optimization.
- Oversee HTS classification, trade compliance audits, and stakeholder training; support SSQ activities.
- Oversee 3PL distribution/channel supply, serialization oversight, warehousing/distribution, and product release/returns with Quality.
- Build and develop commercial supply chain organization; partner with Quality (GCP/GMP/GDP) and CMC/Regulatory/Clinical Operations.
- Oversee vendor technical assessments and supplier qualification.

Qualifications
- 15+ years progressive supply chain leadership in pharma/biotech.
- Experience designing/managing US, EU, ROW biologics/small-molecule supply chains.
- Deep knowledge of GxPs, cold chain logistics, outsourced manufacturing.
- Proven success in S&OP, supply/inventory planning, and risk management.
- In-depth global trade compliance and import/export regulations.
- Proven ability to build/lead cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, life sciences, or related; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated clinical-to-commercial transition and launch readiness.
