Sr. Director, Commercial Supply Chain

Role: Sr. Director, Commercial Supply Chain at a late-stage biopharma transitioning to commercial launch, focusing on global supply strategy and operations. Responsibilities: develop and execute supply chain strategy supporting launch and ongoing commercialization of therapies for rare metabolic and endocrine disorders, including biologics; lead supply planning, inventory management, logistics, trade compliance, and 3PL distribution; build scalable, compliant systems; collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, CMC, Regulatory, Clinical Ops); oversee vendor qualification and global logistics; establish governance frameworks and optimize supply chain performance. Requirements: 15+ years in pharma/biotech supply chain leadership, experience managing biologics and small molecules across US, EU, ROW; deep knowledge of GxPs, cold chain logistics, outsourcing models; proven success in clinical-to-commercial transition, supply network setup, risk management, and lifecycle management; bachelor's degree in related field, MBA preferred.
