Sr. Director, Clinical Scientist

Role: Senior Director, Clinical Development/Clinical Scientist responsible for executing and overseeing early clinical programs for oncolytic immunotherapies, ensuring regulatory compliance and program success. Responsibilities: lead clinical study design, implementation, analysis, and documentation; prepare key clinical/regulatory documents (protocols, INDs, reports); serve as scientific and medical lead for clinical trials; build investigator networks, present data, and support regulatory interactions; develop and improve clinical processes, SOPs, and standards. Qualifications: MD, PharmD, or PhD with at least 12 years’ biotech/pharma experience, including hands-on participation in clinical trial phases from startup to reporting; oncology expertise strongly preferred, with knowledge of global drug development, GCP, and ICH guidelines; excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to travel ~25%.
